Code of Conduct

Unicorn Embassy works because the people inside it show up with intent. This is the short version of what we expect from everyone in our rooms, chats, and events.

Respect everyone

Treat every member as a peer, whatever their stage, company, or background. No snobbery. No putting people down to look smart.

Zero harassment

Harassment, discrimination, or unwanted advances of any kind get you removed. No warnings, no negotiation.

No hard selling

This is not a sales floor. Do not pitch strangers, do not spam chats, and do not treat other members as leads.

Ask before you share

What is said in the room stays in the room unless people agree otherwise. Do not post someone else's deck, story, or photo without their okay.

Signal over noise

Show up prepared. Ask real questions. Give real feedback. If you are unsure whether a message adds value, do not send it.

Use of the name

Events and chapters may use the "Unicorn Embassy" name only while following this Code and with our permission.

How we enforce this

We may remove anyone from events, channels, and the community at our discretion. There is no fee, so no refund applies, and we do not guarantee a formal appeal. If something is wrong, tell us at yan@nerovny.com and we will look into it.
