Code of Conduct
Unicorn Embassy works because the people inside it show up with intent. This is the short version of what we expect from everyone in our rooms, chats, and events.
Respect everyone
Treat every member as a peer, regardless of their stage, company, or background. No snobbery. No putting people down to look smart.
Zero harassment
Harassment, discrimination, or unwanted advances of any kind get you removed. No warnings, no negotiation.
No hard selling
This isn't a sales floor. Don't pitch strangers, don't spam chats, don't treat other members as leads.
Ask before you share
What's said in the room stays in the room unless people agree otherwise. Don't post someone else's deck, story, or photo without their okay.
Signal over noise
Show up prepared. Ask real questions. Give real feedback. If you're unsure whether a message adds value — don't send it.
How we enforce this
If you see something off, tell us. We'll investigate, talk to the people involved, and act. We don't tolerate gaslighting complainants.
